Because each piece of our custom jewelry is carefully made by hand, we want to ensure you absolutely love your jewelry. We put immense care into our craftsmanship, and if damage has occurred, we want the opportunity to make it right for you.‍ ‍

Our limited warranty covers transit issues and everyday wear for 30 days from your delivery date.‍

 What is Covered:

  • Shipping Damage: If your jewelry arrives damaged, broken, or defective due to transit, we will replace or repair it at no cost to you. Note: Shipping damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photo proof.

  • Normal Wear & Tear: We expect you to wear and enjoy your jewelry! This warranty covers minor issues that happen during normal, daily wear within your first month—such as natural stone tightening, loose clasps, or minor finish touch-ups. ‍ ‍ ‍

What is Not Covered:

  • Extreme Accidental Damage: This policy does not cover jewelry that has been crushed, stepped on, run over, dropped from heights, or caught and forcefully snapped.

  • Chemical Abuse: We do not cover metal degradation or discoloration caused by harsh chemicals, pools, hot tubs, or abrasive cleaners.

  • Lost or Stolen Pieces: We cannot replace jewelry or center stones that are completely lost or stolen.‍‍

How We Will Make It Right:

Email us at asbeautifulasyoujewelry@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo of the jewelry. We will assess the damage and guide you through the next steps to get your handmade piece repaired or replaced.
